Worked across multiple BLDR x Care Bears products, supporting development from prototype review through production documentation. My role included evaluating samples against approved designs and refining instruction-manual flow to make assembly clearer and easier to follow.

PROTOTYPE REVIEW & DEVELOPMENT
Supported the development of a licensed Care Bears BLDR set through prototype review and design validation, comparing production samples against approved specifications.
The process involved reviewing details such as color, graphics, finishes, and assembly with the intended design, then documenting feedback for our overseas manufacturing team.
This gave me hands-on experience with the production side of toy development and the iterative process of refining a licensed product for manufacture.

Instruction Manual Review
Supported the development of the BLDR x Care Bears Grumpy Bear set through instruction-manual review and assembly-flow refinement.
I reviewed draft instructions prepared by the overseas development team, focusing on how clearly each stage of the build was communicated. My feedback included identifying when steps should be combined, separated, reordered, or clarified to make the assembly process easier for the user to follow.
This gave me experience thinking about product documentation from the user’s perspective and communicating detailed development feedback across global teams.
