BANDHANI VS CHLADNI
Bandhani is a traditional form of dyeing wherein the fabric is hand-knotted, and then dyed. The dye covers every single yard of the fabric except what was tied.
Chladni pattern is formed when sand or salt or anything granular comes together to form patterns on the nodal lines of a vibrating sound plate.
In essence, they're the same.
PASHMINA VS ALGORITHMIC BOTANY
Pashmina is a kind of cashmere wool sourced from the Changthangi goat. Products made from these feature different types of patterns, but the one I have selected is the Jamawar pattern. This pattern covers most of the pashmina.
Algorithmic Botany is the study of plant growth using mathematical models. It deals with recursive geometry that replicates similar structures, or studying how botanical elements arrange themselves in spiral.
Really, they're the same.
